Whether you are looking for a band experience, music theory, or learning more about jazz, you will find it all at Rhapsody! All courses are designed so you can drop in and out by week to make way for your family's summer vacations, or you can sign-up for full sessions. Plus, this summer, you can choose one course, two, or spend a half a day with us with all three for a 33% discount! See details below!

SUMMER CONCERT BAND

Rhapsody's Summer Concert Band is a way to keep your band skills going through the summer while learning new techniques, repertoire and skills. Open to ages 10 and up and all instruments, including strings, you'll learn and perform classical and popular band arrangements that will be performed at the end of the fourth week in June.


Advanced musicians may have the opportunity for conducting, section leader development, and mentoring of younger students. Current high school Juniors and Seniors can apply to be a Musical Mentor. Gain valuable music experience and earn volunteer or community service hours.

Open to current 6th to 10th graders (your grade before next school year) and all instruments including strings, you'll learn and perform classical and popular band arrangements that will be performed at the end of the fourth week in June.


For 10th graders, we have opportunities for conducting, section leader development, and mentoring of younger students. For 11th and 12th graders, come volunteer for free as a musical mentor and earn community service hours!
